First, a word
In the age of large models, "code isn't worth anything anymore" gets said far too often. But writing code was only ever a means of turning an idea into a thing — never the point in itself. What agentic tools actually solved is the old problem of having ideas and never the drive to act on them. Now the ideas can land, and even when all that comes of it is a quiet smile, the making was worth it.
What I'm working on
思空栈 — moving the blog posts I wrote between 2018 and 2025 off WordPress and into this place. Time flies, but I still miss the era of hand-rolling code, of standing up an entire working system with my own hands. There aren't many posts here; take them as a look back down the road I came.

What's ahead
Mostly I'm just lost — nobody knows what tomorrow looks like. As a kid you chase a dream; grown up, you find the dream doesn't survive contact with reality. I love computing as a discipline, but the truth is that the moment you turn what you love into a job, you become one screw among thousands, a machine for absorbing changed requirements. Fine, then. There's AI now, so I've become its ruthless conductor instead — let AI write those junk requirements, let AI grant whatever nonsense wishes the bosses make! I just want to build the things I like. What comes next, I don't know. One step at a time.
